Barry Elliott

With almost 40 years of practical frontline operations experience, Barry displays an enviable track record of direct management and consulting project delivery spanning a broad range of operations and industry sectors, more recently expanding his capabilities within Quality Assurance and HSE fields. His formative years were spent developing his leadership skills and gaining practical knowledge of best practice operations as First Line Mgr at Coca-Cola and Hashimoto Ltd, a Japanese 1st-tier automotive supplier, where he was a key member of the early front line leadership team. He later took on Operations Management and Internal Change Leadership roles for fast turnaround high pressure organisations, such as Trinity Mirror PLC among others. Working in a consultancy capacity, Barry has delivered a number of high-profile projects in a range of business sectors, notably FMCG and general manufacturing. He is a highly skilled in management and consulting practises, always holding a strong desire to achieve success whilst sharing his vast knowledge and experience with others.
