  • Project mgmt. / training & coaching: improving customer experience and reducing labour costs at multi-site contact centre within investment operation, included pilot design / testing, training and coaching rollout of behavioural science led structured call model
  • Consultant / workstream lead: delivered (UK & India) operations transformation programme within insurance business claims operation leading to >£1m annualised savings
