Edward Handyside MA (Oxon)

Ed’s background spans Production Management, People Development and Business Leadership in the electronics industry, at Nissan where he was one of the original members of the production management start up team, and as founder and Managing Director at Forward Vision. At Nissan he set up and had overall responsibility for leadership training, management development and the development of workplace management disciplines and practises within the company.  In 1991 he established Forward Vision, one of the first Lean consulting and people development organisations, growing an enviable reputation of knowledge and capability across an impressive portfolio of international ‘blue chip’ clients. Ed headed up the business for a period of 20years as it delivered successful programmes and projects for companies engaged in the full spectrum of operational processes.
